TS-670 EMCU Moisture Cure Urethane Sealer
is used for filling, repairing and sealing cracks,
seams, voids and expansion joint in floor, wall, roof
and similar structures typically in preparation for the
application of a paint or coating product. A superior
grade elastomeric polyurethane sealant that utilizes
moisture present in air to achieve the cure eliminating
the need for mixing resin with catalyst prior to use.
This high performance one
component sealant is easy to use, versatile and highly
durable. The high solid content resin (96% solid) will
not sag when applied to vertical and overhead surfaces
and has a low shrink ratio. It will bond to most any
substrate including concrete, tile, masonry, plaster,
aluminum, steel, vinyl and wood. It dries and cures
quickly and is acceptable in constant water immersion
duty. The tube fits easily in any standard thrust type
calking gun for easy application. It requires no priming
or mixing to bond. It is low odor and low VOC.
Used on floors, driveways,
walkways, ramps, bridges, masonry, walls, roofs and
similar structures. Recommended for expansion joints,
panel walls, precast units, aluminum and wood window
frames, roofing, facia, parapets,vinyl siding,
water-wells, and manholes, spillways, storm drains, and
other uses. The product is supplied in individual tubes
for use with typical caulking guns with a suitable
thrust ratio. It is available in single tubes or cases
of 24 pieces per package (300ml per cartridge is 10.1 fl
oz).
Available colors are White
TS-670-0, Limestone TS-670-1, Tan TS-670-2 and Black
TS-670-3. Complies to ASTM C920 Type S, Federal
specification TT-S-00230C Type II, Corp of Engineers
CRD-C-541, Type II, Class A.
