Decade Paint
Stripper
(TS-646) This
product makes removing old deck coatings quicker
and easier than you ever imagined. It's a fast
acting paint stripper for use on most all
decking materials. It is less work than
sanding, making it a favorite. It is very
effective and easy to use. Just roll it on
generously with a high nap roller cover
(recommend 3/4" - 1" nap) and allow it to stand
10-15 minutes. It quickly and
effectively softens old deck paint so that it
can be scraped up shoveled out for disposal. It
contains no caustic, acid, or flammable solvent.
This product readily removes paint, varnish,
lacquer, baked enamel and shellac safely. It can
be used on concrete, metal, wood and glass. Out
performs typical stripper / cleaners.
Stats: Removes paint from
100-200 square feet per gallon depending on
surface, texture and porosity of substrate.
Application Instructions:
Recommend application by brush and roller coat.
Use a high nap roller cover (3/4" or higher).
Apply to an area of approximately 10 square feet
at approximately 20-30 MILS, allow to stand
10-15 minutes or until paint has softened. When
paint has soften scrape into a pile for removal
with a shovel or similar instrument. Dispose of
removed paint properly. Do not apply in hot
direct sunlight. Recommend applying over 40F and
under 80F.
Intended Use: Use for removing paint,
epoxy paint, varnish, lacquer, baked enamel, or
shellac from wood, concrete, metal or glass. Not
intended to be used on fiberglass or plastic.
