TS-685 Yearly Cleaner is recommended for use as a seasonal cleaner for painted dimensional decking and similar architectural surfaces. It also works very nicely as a pretreatment cleaning solution in preparation for painting decks, stairs, railings and architectural structures of every kind. It cleans and removes dirt, grime, contaminates and atmospheric pollutants quickly, easily and effectively.

Stains and grime disappear quickly and completely from painted surfaces. It removes and neutralizes contaminates and by-products on the surface which may impair the adhesion of paint and coating products prior to application so it is an effective pre-paint cleaner. It is easier and safer to use than muriatic and phosphoric acid based cleaners.

It is effective, safe to use and fast acting. One application corrects the pH promoting the adhesion of paint and coatings.

When properly flushed with water the residue is safe in flower beds and drains. It is acceptable for on wood, pressure treated wood, synthetic and plastic materials. It removes easily and safely grease, oil, wax, chemical residue and exhaust stains. Cleans approximately 300 square feet per gallon.  

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: For use as a pre-paint cleaner use full strength for best results. For use as a yearly cleaner use full strength or dilute on a 1:1 basis with water. Apply with a Hudson type agricultural sprayer, conventional sprayer or airless sprayer. Use 3 to 4 foot arc pattern. Grimy areas should be agitated with a stiff brush or broom. Rinse surfaces thoroughly with clear water before solution dries on the surface. Do not use in intense direct sun or on hot surfaces. Damp mop surface to pick up excess moisture and residue. Allow surface to dry thoroughly before applying finish. Do not discharge undiluted in open water.
